Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK’s South West region is expanding its Infrastructure team and seeking Digital Project Controls Engineers, especially those based in Bristol, Cardiff and surrounding area. The role focuses on implementing a cloud-based Digital Controls platform for portfolio, programme and project management, integrating P3M tools to produce status reports and drive action.

You will work with client teams, develop data models, dashboards and reports, and support workshops and UAT.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, processing and analysing data for construction project management.
• Ability to transform unstructured data into informative dashboards.
• Knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes and data governance practices.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings clearly.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven project controls and performance strategies.
• Support implementation of Digital Controls platform for integrated P3M.
• Produce reports and visualisations to support client engagements.
• Deliver workshops and data training to client teams.
• Assist with SOX controls where applicable to ensure compliance.
