Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Digital Project Controls Engineer to support data-driven project controls. You will work with clients across the South West (Bristol, Cardiff, and surrounding areas) to implement digital controls platforms and P3M methodologies, delivering insights and performance reports.

You will engage in workshops, data modelling, and reporting, leveraging SQL, Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, with an emphasis on robust data governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Gather, process, and analyse data to support project management decisions.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to transform unstructured data.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and visualization tools.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings clearly.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through checks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment of client environments and discovery of digital controls needs.
• Develop and optimise project controls strategies and digital setups.
• Assist in implementing Digital Controls platform for optimized operating models.
• Support deployment of P3M methodologies and tools to fit client contexts.
• Produce client reports and deliver workshops (virtual or on-site).
• Support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
