Digital Program Manager

Northampton - 2 days per week on-site

£75,000 + 20% Company Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital programs, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership in the development and execution of digital strategies that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Manage project risks, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Work closely with external consultants to ensure the integration of industry best practices into digital projects.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in program management, particularly within digital transformation or technology-driven environments.
• Consulting experience, with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex business environments and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering).
• Professional certifications in program management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
• A background in consulting is essential for this role.
