Job Purpose

The Field-Based Digital Product Trainer plays a crucial role in training dental professionals in the adoption of Intraoral Scanners (IOS) and other digital solutions. This includes working with enterprise customers, private dental clinics, and labs to ensure successful technology integration, workflow optimization, and digital adoption. The role involves delivering engaging, hands-on training, supporting the Digital Success Manager, and supporting the 1st-level digital support team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver structured training sessions on IOS and digital products.
2. Support digital adoption within dental practices and labs.
3. Engage with practice staff to promote digital workflows.
4. Use data and feedback to improve training effectiveness.
5. Monitor KPIs like scanner usage and workflow efficiency.
6. Address workflow challenges and provide solutions.
7. Update training materials and support industry events.
8. Assist the support team with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
9. Maintain logs of support interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Experience in training, coaching, or education, preferably in healthcare technology.
2. Understanding of digital dentistry workflows and IOS technology.
3. Ability to simplify complex technology for training.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Data-driven mindset and troubleshooting skills.
6. Comfort with CRM tools and digital training platforms.
7. Willingness to travel up to 70%, including weekends.
