Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, be a key player in shaping the digital experience for our customers. You will work cross-functionally to enhance digital performance, drive efficiency, and continuously optimize our digital marketing ecosystem.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the execution of digital marketing initiatives and product enhancements.
• Managing the end-to-end digital deployment pipeline, ensuring smooth execution via Jira.
• Prioritisation of digital product roadmap to achieve strategic goals and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Leading the optimisation of Metricon’s digital visibility via SEO and Google My Business profile footprint.
• Supporting end-to-end campaign integration and marketing automation via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Partnering with IT, marketing, and external vendors to drive best-in-class digital solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in a digital product, web, or marketing automation role.
• Experience with SEO, and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with experience juggling multiple priorities.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team to deliver digital solutions.
• A passion for customer experience and digital transformation.
