Job title: Product Owner

Introduction: Extensible, frictionless payments are a critical enabler for our revenue growth and guest satisfaction across all digital touchpoints. The role involves executing the Payments and B2B product roadmaps, developing expertise in our Payment experiences to ensure scalable flows across Booking, Reservation Amendments, and Refunds, including Premier Inn’s proprietary Business Account facility. Ownership of the continuous improvement process based on customer insights, market trends, and key data analysis is essential.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid role, minimum 3 days/week in our Holborn, London office (EC1N 2TD)
