Digital Product Owner - Workplace Pensions

We are currently hiring for a Digital Product Owner with pensions experience to join one of our insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Contract Details:

  • Inside IR35
  • Remote work with once-a-month travel to the London office
Responsibilities:
  1. Focus on the post-authentication user portal, emphasizing heavy personalization and dynamic data points powered via API or other endpoints.
  2. Design baseline offerings for multi-tenancy enterprise-grade software serving millions of users (B2B2C).
  3. Engage in product discovery, requirement definition, scenario handling, error handling, and non-functional requirements during the ideation stage.
  4. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
  5. Collaborate effectively with design, analysis, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to create user-centric journeys aligned with product strategy.
  6. Improve product adoption and engagement through strong partnerships with data teams and broader product teams.
  7. Support digital transformation efforts, transitioning from traditional IT models to a product-centric approach, in both digital-only and digital-first environments.
Experience and Skills:
  1. Technical background to coach engineering teams.
  2. Experience with SAFE Agile or hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodologies.
  3. Knowledge of workplace pensions; experience in heavily regulated industries such as Tech, LegalTech, or ComplianceTech is a plus.
