Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Product Owner Graduate!

The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Company’s online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

You'll be a key support to the project management of our digital services from ideation through to launch and beyond. You will bridge the gap between business objectives, and implementation, ensuring that our products deliver value, align with customer needs, and contribute to the overall strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supportto define and implement the roadmap for services within our web system and align them to the business strategy.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new features.
  • Manage internal business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features and communicate ongoing maintenance of the product.
  • Work with the performance marketing team to analyse performance metrics, identify areas for optimisation, and drive ongoing enhancements.
  • Key contact for our digital development agencies, attending sprint meetings and ensuring smooth execution of development of products.
  • Support with the project development process, ensuring proper planning, coordination and testing.
  • Work with the wider marketing department to understand and implement goals for communicating product updates.
  • Support with regular reporting of products including current performance against KPI’s.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Education: A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing digital projects from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to assess market opportunities, user needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimising.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
