Redstone Commodity Search are working with an internationalsoft commodity trading house looking to onboard a digital productowner to be based in London.

About the Role

As the Digital Product Owner, you’ll define anddrive the roadmap for digital tools supporting first mile operations.Working closely with transformation, IT, and origin teams, you’ll beresponsible for capturing requirements, designing solutions,prioritising development, and championing the end user experience. Theideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and passionate aboutdelivering meaningful digital change in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritising featuresand adapting to new insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders todevelop user stories and gather business requirements
• Identify opportunities to digitise and optimise first miledata processes and usability
• Ensure smooth communicationbetween business users and development teams
• Lead testing,gather feedback from field operations, and iterate product features
• Act as the key bridge between global IT, business units, andlocal origin teams
• Travel to key origins to understandoperational challenges and user environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+years’ experience in product ownership or digital transformation roles
• Experience in soft commodities or agricultural fieldoperations
• Strong understanding of data-driven product designand user-centric solutions
• Excellent organisational andproject management skills
• Proven ability to engagestakeholders across functions and geographies
• Familiaritywith Agile methodology and project tracking tools
• Bachelor’sdegree required; a Master’s or MBA is advantageous
