Digital Product Owner
Basingstoke
Hybrid – 3 days per week in office

What will you bring?

Unum UK is hiring a Digital Product Owner to join the Business Transformation team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Unum’s proposition roadmap by delivering digital functionality within our Broker Experience (BX) journey, aligning with strategic objectives and growth targets. In this role you will collaborate with the BX Journey Lead to ensure overall deliverables are met.

Your communication and effective relationship building skills will be key when partnering with stakeholders across Unum UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the BX Journey Lead and operational areas to research, design, implement, and test key initiatives.
• Lead and support project teams to ensure successful delivery in developing digital solutions to enhance the journey experience and drive revenue growth, translating strategies into tasks.

• Product Owner for key broker journeys, ensuring alignment with vision and roadmap.

• Maintain agility and prioritisation to maximise business value and ensure efficient development.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to partner and influence others.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to translate strategies into tasks.
• Understanding of customer journey and needs through insights, data, analytics and external research.
• Experience in designing and presenting initiatives.
• Results-driven with change management skills.

Internally this role is based within our Operations team and known as a Digital Operations Consultant.
