Tasks
- You will take ownership to execute the product vision and roadmap for clients based on market research, customer needs and clients business strategy.
- Work closely with the UI/UX team on strategy to help drive design - The team will create wireframes to ensure visually appealing, high-converting interfaces - any experience in this that you can bring will be a plus
- Get involved where possible in customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to ensure product decisions are grounded in real user experiences.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Work closely with UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Define and track key product metrics to ensure to measurable improvements in customer retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- A client-centric product manager with 4-5+ years experience and PPC knowledge (implementation not required)
- You MUST have a strong understanding of PPC marketing including digital advertising campaigns
- An understanding of UI/UX best practices where you can confidently evaluate design, improve user flows, and provide feedback on usability is of benefit
- ANY experience with UI/UX tool (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) is a plus
- Have an analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools
- Strong business acumen - be able to showcase that you understand how product decisions impact growth, retention, and revenue.
- Experience of working in a competitive sector
- English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively vital
