About this role

At Capital One, our Product Managers drive the delivery of value, fostering collaboration and taking responsibility for where and how we invest.

As part of our Digital Product team, you will support the creation and delivery of our digital product roadmap, identifying consumer needs and working closely with engineers, designers, and the wider business to deliver new products and features.

What you’ll do
  1. Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new digital products and features that meet key business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  2. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver engaging and essential products for credit card consumers.
  3. Learn about consumer credit to help innovate within the industry.
  4. Leverage technology to create innovative and resilient solutions that provide both immediate and long-term value.
  5. Incorporate analytics and operational excellence into product design, defining metrics to measure success.
  6. Develop and explore the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
  7. Maintain a human-centered approach, focusing on customer needs to improve interactions.

Where and how you'll work

This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Nottingham offices with a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility for remote work. You will be in the office three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We are open to flexible working arrangements.
