Location: Mostly remote with occasional travel to Warwick

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to join National Grid's Electricity Transmission business on a high-profile programme that will help power the UK's clean energy future. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting difference - not just on project delivery, but on how digital products shape major infrastructure for years to come!

You'll take full ownership of a suite of bespoke digital products and tools that support the design and delivery of multi-million-pound energy programmes. With greenfield projects, senior stakeholder influence, and the autonomy to shape digital roadmaps, this is a career-defining role for a product leader who wants to do meaningful work at scale.

What you'll be doing:

Own the full product lifecycle from concept through to delivery and adoption
Define and lead the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy
Lead requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery
Coach and guide cross-functional delivery teams
Champion a digital-first culture and drive continuous product improvement

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in digital product management, ideally with complex or enterprise-scale systems
Proven ability to lead delivery teams in agile environments
Confidence in managing senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
Solid understanding of budgeting, benefits realisation, and digital delivery methods
Experience working within matrixed organisations or transformation programmes is a plus

Desirable:

Degree qualified or equivalent experience
Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe) are advantageous
