Job summary

N Brown Group, a leading UK digital retail platform headquartered in Manchester, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization. You’ll collaborate across technical, design, and business teams to deliver customer-focused digital products.

Responsibilities include shaping the vision and roadmap, conducting market research, turning insights into requirements, and leading agile ceremonies to drive impact and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years' experience in digital product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Figma and Mixpanel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, customer empathy and user research capabilities.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and product development.
  • Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to join us here at N Brown Group!

As a Digital Product Manager you’ll be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering digital products and services that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will own the complete product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, working collaboratively across technical, design, and business teams.

What will you do as a Digital Product Manager at N Brown?
Shape the Product Strategy
  • Set the product vision, strategy and roadmap in line with business goals
  • Research the market, competitors and customer needs
  • Spot new opportunities and solve customer pain points
  • Prioritise features and initiatives based on impact and value
Discover & Define
  • Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Map user journeys and create wireframes or prototypes where needed
  • Work with teams to make sure we’re solving the right problems
  • Partner with Engineering, Design and UX teams to bring products to life
  • Lead sprint planning, product reviews and prioritisation
  • Own and manage the product backlog
  • Track product metrics and KPIs to measure success
Launch, Learn & Grow
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market activity
  • Monitor performance and customer behaviour after launch
  • Gather customer feedback and turn insights into action
  • Continuously improve the product using data, testing and customer insight
Work with Stakeholders
  • Bring people together around the product vision and priorities
  • Communicate progress, opportunities and challenges to leadership
  • Present recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and demonstrate product performance and ROI
What skills and experience will you have?
  • 2-5 years' experience in digital product management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
  • Proficiency with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Figma and Mixpanel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple initiatives effectively.

Desirable (but not essential) Experience

  • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.

We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!

Our working hours are 36.17 per week over 5 days.
