Job description

Digital Product Executive

We are partnering with a leading global sports organisation to recruit a Digital Product Executive to join its growing product team.

This is a hands-on, varied opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys learning quickly, working across different digital platforms and getting things done. Rather than being a traditional product or software engineering role, you'll sit at the heart of the organisation's digital operations, working across web, data, event technology, digital products, live events and AI-driven automation.

It's an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across sports technology and digital product, rather than being restricted to one specialist area.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing day-to-day website and CMS operations, including content, pages, schedules, FAQs and event information.

  • Building and managing event registration journeys, including forms, pricing, capacity and conditional logic.

  • Supporting race results, athlete data and database workflows, ensuring accuracy and smooth delivery.

  • Working with SQL and customer/athlete data to support reporting and dashboards.

  • Supporting AI and automation initiatives to improve processes and reduce manual work.

  • Supporting live data and broadcast technology during major sporting events.

  • Testing and improving digital products including apps, streaming, membership and customer platforms.

  • Working with internal teams and external technology partners to solve problems and keep digital operations running smoothly.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years' experience in digital product, web operations, sports tech, digital technology or a similar environment.

  • Degree-level education (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as STEM, Business, Digital, Technology or Sports Management.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital/web tools.

  • Knowledge or experience of SQL and relational databases.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.

  • A proactive, adaptable \"get things done\" mentality with high attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • An interest in AI and automation and how technology can improve the way teams work.

  • A genuine passion for sport.

The opportunity

You'll join a fast-moving, international sports organization and gain exposure to a wide and evolving digital ecosystem, working across product, data, technology and live events.

If you're someone who is naturally curious, technically minded and loves solving problems, this is an opportunity to build a broad career in digital product and sports technology.
