Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design across mobile and web, from discovery through handoff. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers in a hybrid setup, delivering coherent, brand-aligned experiences and contributing to scalable design systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in digital product design, strong portfolio, and expertise in design systems, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years of digital product design experience.
• Participation in all aspects of design: planning, research, concept creation, UX and UI design.
• Strong experience in design system creation, maintenance, and management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field.

• Own the end-to-end design of the experience — from identifying user needs and generating concepts to defining and creating beautiful, coherent interactions.
• Deliver user interfaces that are elegant extensions of the brand; build experiences that hook users in and nudge them along naturally and intuitively.
• Create detailed visual and interaction design definitions based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations.
• Drive and contribute to design systems across your workstream.

Years Of Experience

• Support new business development by providing expert design input in pitches and client meetings.

Client

• Work in collaboration with client teams to understand the user, business, and brand.
• Present thinking and explain, discuss, and justify design decisions through appropriate methods.
• Create quality client deliverables that demonstrate rigour, craft, and clear design rationale.

Skillset

• Strong product design portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process across mobile and web.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC; strong visual and interaction craft.
• Solid grounding in user research methods and usability testing.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.

Applications without a design portfolio demonstrating craft quality, process, and relevant experience will not be considered.
