Job description

Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand, with 65 years of rich heritage, rooted in craftmanship. As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.

We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: be yourself, act courageously, and show you care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.

SO, WHAT’S THE STORY?

At Dr. Martens, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re on a growth mission to put a bounce in the step of the world’s odd ones out. As part of that journey, our Consumer Domain brings together Martech, digital tools, and strategies to connect with our consumers—driving acquisition, engagement, insights, and retention. Whilst our Commerce Domain focuses on premium and frictionless purchasing journeys.

We’re looking for a Digital Product Associate to support the domains and to ensure our tech stack delivers measurable impact. This role is about enabling the product function to run smoothly and effectively by turning data into insights, reporting of the value we are driving, and surfacing opportunities to improve how we deliver value to our customers.

THE GIG

You’ll provide day-to-day support across the Consumer and Commerce Domains, working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. You’ll take ownership of success tracking and reporting, ensure backlogs and documentation are kept up to date, and act as a connector between teams to keep work flowing. With exposure to a wide range of digital tools and product processes, you’ll play a key role in embedding insight and measurement into how we build and optimise.

As our Digital Product Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track global KPIs, product performance, and adoption.
  • Translating data into actionable insights to guide product strategy and decision-making.
  • Coordinating stakeholder communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting delivery of more efficient ways of working.
  • Managing third-party relationships and facilitating collaborative sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Experience in digital, product, analytics, or operations roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise with multiple senior managers at once to help coordinate and support.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrable ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in Excel, BI tools, or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a growth mindset—you’re keen to develop into a future Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • SQL proficiency advantageous

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Hybrid working
  • Welcome to the family free pair of Docs
  • 65% off all Docs
  • Award-winning ‘Buy As You Earn’ Dr. Martens share plan
  • Private healthcare
  • A dedicated culture team
  • 2 paid volunteer days per year
  • Amazing Camden based offices with roof terrace overlooking the canal
