Job Description

Forming part of the group digital analytics team, reporting to the group head of digital analytics, you will collaborate with the digital product team and wider digital functions to support digital product assessment across Frasers Group’s brands.

  • Support the creation of dashboards to provide insights and analytics for the digital product team.
  • Perform deep dive ad hoc analyses to identify website optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the experimentation team to analyze A/B test results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product team, supporting the senior analyst/manager to improve workflows across product, UX, testing, and analytics for a top-tier product development cycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product analytics, ideally within ecommerce or retail.
  • Proficiency in SQL (required); R/Python (preferred).
  • Experience with GA4, BigQuery, and Optimizely (or similar A/B testing tools).
  • Strong visualization skills (e.g., PowerBI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
