Job Description:

We’re looking for a Digital Solutions Procurement Manager - Sourcing to join us in London

As a Digital Procurement Solution Manager – Sourcing, you will be instrumental in Liberty Blume’s technology-enabled sourcing solutions via autonomous sourcing, negotiations, and e-auction capabilities. You will define, prioritize, and deliver sourcing-related features in alignment with our overall solution strategy and collaborate closely with other Digital Procurement Solution Managers across the procurement ecosystem.

This role requires expertise in competitive sourcing, including RFPs, RFQs, e-auctions, tactical and tail-spend sourcing, and the use of AI to streamline sourcing pack creation and bid analysis. You will lead the standardization and configuration of sourcing templates within e-sourcing platforms and train AI models to support efficient sourcing and stakeholder-led, autonomous sourcing.

You will own sourcing-related backlog items, prioritizing in coordination with other Digital Procurement Solution Managers to ensure seamless integration across buying channels, including orchestration and pricing automation. The role also focuses on enabling automated rate benchmarking and delivering actionable sourcing insights to drive continuous value creation.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, and resilient, with experience in a fast-paced service design/delivery environment. Relevant experience includes working with procurement technology providers, in-house procurement Centers of Excellence, or strategic sourcing functions. Familiarity with commercial terms and supplier agreements is advantageous.

  • Sourcing and Pricing Templates: Establish and maintain standardized sourcing templates tailored to customer needs and sourcing categories, configured within e-sourcing tools, leveraging AI for scalable, high-quality execution.
  • Sourcing Policy and Process: Collaborate with policy and governance teams to improve sourcing practices, introducing innovative approaches such as guided buying, autonomous sourcing, and agile RFx, while promoting standardization and ESG alignment.
  • Sourcing Insights and Analytics: Develop and enhance sourcing analytics capabilities, partnering with Data & Insights teams to build predictive data models for actionable insights.
  • Sourcing Backlog Ownership and Configuration: Obtain relevant certifications, translate business needs into system configurations, lead testing, and own the sourcing backlog, collaborating for integrated solutions across platforms.
  • Client Enablement: Work with pre-sales teams to design proposals and support client implementations.
  • Innovation and AI Enablement: Support the adoption of innovative sourcing technologies, lead design and rollout of AI features, and continuously scout for emerging tools.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensure user adoption, develop training materials, and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Incidents/Issue Resolution: Address critical incidents, define fixes, and coordinate with technology partners.
  • Collaboration and Partner Engagement: Work with industry partners, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders for aligned sourcing practices.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Preferred Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience with RFPs, e-auctions, autonomous sourcing workflows, and negotiations is highly desirable. Project management/process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred.

Skills & Abilities: Strong understanding of sourcing processes, experience as a product owner or process owner, familiarity with autonomous sourcing and AI/ML platforms, analytical skills, excellent communication, and knowledge of agile methodologies.
