Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Digital Printing Product Specialist to join our Software team. You will validate and approve software releases across printing, workflow, and Digital Front End products, improving the customer experience and helping shape the future of digital printing.

You will work hands-on to expand your skills, collaborate with developers and product managers, and contribute to product excellence within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a development environment collaborating with software teams.
• Familiarity with digital inkjet technology and digital print workflows.
• Experience using Confluence and Jira for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and validate software that meets customer needs.
• Design and implement functional test scenarios for press, workflow, and peripheral software/hardware.
• Collect and present test data and findings to technical teams and peers.
• Become a subject‑matter expert, providing training and guidance to colleagues and support teams.
• Create procedures and documentation for manuals, support, and training.
• Support beta testing at customer sites and provide feedback to development teams.
• Work with 2nd‑level support to perform root‑cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain lab equipment, including Press, Digital Front‑End, and network infrastructure.
