Reflex Group is seeking a Digital Printer to join our high-volume production team. You will focus on colour accuracy, quality and meeting tight deadlines in a demanding environment.

The role is full-time and permanent, with opportunities to advance. You will operate and maintain digital printing presses, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production and consistent output across jobs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy digital print production environment.
• Strong eye for colour and detail, with a flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent job management and organisational skills.
• Good standard of education and competent computer literacy.
• Able to follow procedures and processes independently

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing presses (HP Digital or Screen Ink Jet preferred, but not essential).
• Ensure accurate colour reproduction and high-quality output across all jobs.
• Manage workflow effectively to meet tight production deadlines.
• Follow established procedures and processes independently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
