Job Description:

We seek a go-to-market (GTM) team lead with experience growing Application and Engineering services business across existing and new RCPG enterprises. This role will cut across a vast ecosystem of Application and engineering business technologies such as UX & UI, Digital Engagement Platforms, Modern Application Development, Multi-Channel Commerce, Cloud & Application Modernisation, API & Micro-services, RPA & Workforce Productivity Platforms, Mobility, Data and Advanced Analytics, SaaS technologies like Salesforce, Workday, Kronos, ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft based solutions, and Agile & DevOps adoption, MES, and PLM.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the growth of Business in some existing and new RCPG customers, including building client relationships and leading opportunity development and conversion.
  • Leading and managing a GTM team of 5-7 people supporting the Retail & CPG customer set within Europe.
  • Adopting a consultative selling approach, acting as a strategic digital partner for clients.
  • Managing large and complex opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams within HCLTech and combining technical and commercial solutions.
  • Engaging with the ecosystem of platform providers, product partners, and strategic relationships to facilitate digital transformation.
  • Driving solution teams within HCLTech to develop innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably with a Tier 1 IT/Digital Outsourcing organization.
  • Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts and driving growth, with an ability to handle clients with annual PnL of $200Mn+.
  • Experience in consultative sales, understanding industry value chains, and creating business outcomes.
  • Experience in pre-sales, leading large opportunities, and designing commercial solutions.
  • Good knowledge of RCPG business, emerging opportunities, and threats.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic partnership development, and ability to conceptualize strategies.
  • Collaborative skills with solution and delivery teams within HCLTech.
  • Commercial awareness regarding targets, revenue, margins, and forecasts.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
