The Role

Legend is hiring a Digital PR Manager, reporting directly to our Head of Digital PR. We’re expanding our Digital PR success to an exciting new brand—and we need a passionate Digital PR Manager to lead the way. Our existing team drives authority backlinks and brand coverage across North America, the UK, New Zealand, Spain, and beyond through creative campaigns, expert commentary, and newsjacking. Now, we’re looking for someone to replicate this success for our latest acquisition.

Reporting to the Head of Digital PR, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a team of Digital PR Specialists across multiple markets, driving high-quality organic links and impactful brand visibility. You’ll ensure consistency, quality, and results, helping grow an already successful department while supporting broader business goals. Your Impact:
  • Build, lead, and support a team of 3 Digital PR Specialists, focusing on 2-3 key markets, including North America and New Zealand.
  • Develop and implement processes and best practices for a newly established team, driving Digital PR efforts for a new product.
  • Guide and empower your team in executing effective Digital PR campaigns and securing high-quality links.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and innovation to keep our strategies ahead of the competition.
  • Partner with the Head of Digital PR to develop market entry strategies and identify successful approaches for new regions.
  • Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Country Managers to understand market-specific priorities and provide Digital PR support where it adds the most value.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that encourages motivation, creativity, and professional growth.
What You'll Bring:
  • Team Builder & Leader: Experience in establishing and growing a team, from hiring and onboarding new talent to actively contributing to hands-on work as the team takes shape.
  • Digital PR Expertise: A strong track record of delivering high-quality links through impactful Digital PR campaigns.
  • People Development: Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing Digital PR team, with the ability to mentor and up-skill team members in both technical and soft skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in regulated industries, such as gambling, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
  • Market Expansion Mindset: A proactive and fearless approach to entering new markets, with the ability to research, assess, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Passion for Digital PR: A deep enthusiasm for digital PR, media coverage, and link-building—and a clear understanding of their role in driving SEO success.
  • Inspirational Leadership: A supportive and motivational leadership style that fosters a positive team culture, keeping morale high even during challenging periods.
The Interview Process:
  1. 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  2. 2nd: Interview with our team, Head of Digital PR, and Digital PR Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
  3. 3rd: Take-home task - you will be given 5 days to complete the task before returning it back to us to review
  4. 4th: Final interview with our team, Global Head of Growth, and Global Head of SEO (1 hour video via Zoom)
