  • You will manage client expectations, build strong relationships and ensure strategies are delivered to a high standard. You'll lead by example, managing your client portfolio with professionalism, enthusiasm, and ensuring timely communication to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • You'll keep up to date with the news and current trends, spotting reactive opportunities that could be relevant to your clients.
  • Monitoring performance is a key aspect of this role. You'll work closely with Strategists to track results and optimise strategies with final sign-off, to ensure everything meets our clients' objectives and quality expectations.
  • You’ll also play a key role in quarterly client strategy meetings, helping shape direction and providing updates on relevant industry trends and agency developments.
  • You will conduct regular one-to-one meetings with your direct reports, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for growth and support. You'll lead performance reviews, oversee progression planning, and ensure all development is documented clearly and consistently.
  • A key part of your role will be spotting opportunities for upskilling and flagging when additional training or support is needed.
  • You will lead by example in developing impactful, original campaign ideas. You will support Strategists in developing creative concepts for their accounts and contribute directly to ideation, helping bring ideas to life.
  • Engage in internal training and knowledge sharing to develop your own skills and support the growth of others through sharing insights and best practices.
  • Shout our wins on social and celebrate our successes as an agency. Spotting opportunities for your clients to write a case study for the Digitaloft website.
