Job summary

Havas Market in Leeds is seeking an accountable AM-level Digital PR professional to manage a diverse client portfolio, including domestic and global brands like Kia and Superdrug. You will lead DPR campaigns, maintain journalist relationships, and report against KPIs while collaborating with SEO and creative teams.

You’ll guide 1–2 DPR executives, mentor juniors, and ensure work aligns with agency best practices.

Qualifications

• Agency experience in results-driven digital PR campaign creation and execution.
• Operational knowledge of the role of DPR in SEO, alongside technical and content creation.
• Good organisation and project management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Confident with communication and presenting to clients.
• Some experience with people management, mentoring, and getting the most out of a team – including delegating authority to match their teams job level and holds them accountable.
• Previous experience with client facing responsibilities and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the DPR AD in the creation of future facing and innovative DPR strategy for clients.
• Manage DPR execution for a portfolio of clients, including campaign delivery, media relations and influencer marketing.
• Work with the DPR AD to manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Implement innovative Digital PR strategies responding to evolving AI platforms.
• Provide BAU reporting for your DPR clients and demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients and build strong relationships.
• QA work delivered by AEs under your remit to ensure high quality outputs.
• QA data and copy in press releases to ensure accuracy and engagement.
• Collaborate with Creative and SEO Strategy teams to deliver standout campaigns.
• Contribute to wider team ideation and pitching of PR concepts.
• Create and manage Digital PR plans, including reactive activity and newsjacks.
• Review media lists, press releases and assets with the DPR AD for continuous quality.
