Job summary

Department for Transport is seeking a Digital Portfolio Analyst – Reporting and Metrics to support governance and decision-making across digital investments. You will develop dashboards, reports and insights using a range of digital tools to drive continuous improvement and portfolio value realization.

You will collect, analyse and interpret data on portfolio performance, investment outcomes and financial status, presenting clear insights to senior leaders and governance boards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance, assurance or delivery of portfolios, programmes or projects.
• Ability to analyse performance and portfolio data to inform decisions.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and analyse data on portfolio investment performance and value realisation.
• Produce clear reports, dashboards and visualisations for senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Support tracking of benefits and planned vs actual investment performance across service lines.
• Maintain portfolio metrics frameworks with data integrity across systems.
• Collaborate with delivery, product and finance teams to validate data inputs.
