We’re looking for a Planning Manager to join our dedicated Coty team and lead media planning across a portfolio of globally recognised fragrance and skincare brands.

From high fashion houses to heritage skin innovators, you’ll help bring world-class campaigns to life—balancing influence and impact with expert attention to detail.

With two direct reports and support from a Planning Director, you’ll mentor, motivate and shape the next generation of talent while continuing to grow your own strategic and leadership skills.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading campaign planning across key Coty brands, working closely with clients and internal teams

  • Driving insight-led, multi-channel strategies from briefing through to delivery

  • Overseeing day-to-day output while shaping proactive responses and new opportunities

  • Managing and mentoring 1–2 junior team members, supporting their development

  • Building trusted client relationships and maintaining consistently high standards of delivery

What you’ll bring
  • Solid experience in media planning, ideally across AV and digital

  • A genuine interest in luxury or beauty, and the nuances of planning in this space

  • Strong communication and project management skills, with a calm, considered approach

  • Confidence leading client conversations, with the judgement to know when to challenge and when to listen

  • Previous experience managing or mentoring others, and a desire to shape a team
