Job Introduction

As a Digital Personal Shopping Assistant, you will do more than just offer a luxury shopping experience. Our Personal Shopping team provides a bespoke service to customers from all over the world. Our products are exceptional, and so is the service that accompanies them. As a member of the Digital Personal Shopping Team and a subject matter expert of all things Selfridges, you will have the opportunity to deliver the best service to clients visiting the department in store or through our digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Support one or more Digital Personal Shopping Consultants with appointments, product sourcing, and transactions.
• Interact positively with potential and existing clients, answering queries and providing guidance on our services.
• Maintain customer care by supporting your Shoppers with client inquiries, booking, follow-ups on deliveries, and client alterations.
• Prepare client rooms, maintain housekeeping standards, return stock from previous consultations, and lay out product options for the next client.
• Collaborate with various departments, including the wider Personal Shopping Team, Fashion Workroom, and others, to deliver exceptional service and standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and monitoring competitor activity.
