Role: As a Digital Performance Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing our paid search strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Performance Marketing, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, optimize campaigns across global search engines, and lead testing and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize paid search campaigns across all relevant channels and platforms, maximising efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with site, commercial, and brand teams to align strategies and deliver actionable performance insights.
  • Design and execute strategic testing initiatives to reduce customer acquisition costs and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Leverage Martech and Marketing Intelligence to improve signal ingestion, audience segmentation, and product feed optimization.
  • Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring market-specific execution aligns with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Mentor and guide team members, balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic development.
  • Document and evolve best practices, identifying opportunities for site enhancements and innovation in paid search.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in hands-on Paid Search management with deep expertise across major platforms (Google, Bing, etc.).
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Advanced knowledge of bidding strategies, attribution models, and campaign optimisation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, product feed management, and dynamic ad solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Creative problem-solver, adaptable to change and focused on delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communicator, passionate about digital marketing and fluent in cross-channel strategy integration.
