Digital Performance Analyst - Consultant

Role Overview

This position involves helping clients improve their services by selecting appropriate data techniques, developing performance frameworks, and operating within legal, technical, and ethical constraints. You will mentor junior colleagues and promote Opencast’s approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with data platforms such as Google Analytics, Splunk, Datadog, or similar
  2. Design and implement performance frameworks including KPIs or OKRs
  3. Identify and interpret data sources to derive insights
  4. Create visualizations to tell compelling data stories
  5. Develop hypotheses and insights based on data analysis
  6. Make service change recommendations
Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R
  • Experience within a GDS delivery environment and security clearance or eligibility (5+ years residency in the UK)
  • Understanding of security and data privacy
