We are currently recruiting for a Digital Partnerships Coordinator.

Reporting to the senior affiliate and partnership co-ordinator, the digital partnerships coordinator will work closely with teams across the business including but not limited to (Legal, Brand Partnerships, PR, Creative and Social) to bring long-term strategies and brand campaigns to life. The role is responsible for planning and implementing activity to recruit and engage a wide range of content creators.

Key Responsibilities

Actively identify new content creators to increase Space NK's active partnership base.

Plan always on activity to engage our existing mid-tier and micro creators, working closely with our internal commercial teams and brand partners to identify gifting opportunities.

  • Create campaign documents and briefs for any paid content creator activity including key deliverables and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all content creator gifting is sent out to a high standard, in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators identified through the digital partnership team's work, being able to identify key partners for different activity within the marketing team.
  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date list of content creators, past, present and planned activity.
  • Create relevant reports to indicate performance of activity within the digital partnerships team, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc for key campaigns; accurately reporting against team goals and business objectives
  • Accurately deliver against established annual budget and forecasted goal
  • Coordinate contract reviews and contracting with legal team to ensure compliance to all advertising regulations & labour laws and negotiations with talent/agents
  • Keep up to date with social media platforms, best ways of working and best-inclass activity within digital partnerships, regularly sharing with the wider marketing team; keeping a finger on the pulse of all relevant trends.
  • Support the senior affiliates and partnerships co-ordinator where necessary with any adhoc tasks.
  • Support our highly sought-after store openings with partnerships and creator management on the day.
  • Support the senior co-ordinator to grow both the UK and international creator community identifying new partnerships, gifting opportunities and delivering EMV targets.
  • Partner with other channel owners (social, paid media, site content, email, etc.) to maximize exposure of influencer content.
  • Line manage 1 direct report (the digital partnerships assistant) and provide support to the international affiliates and partnerships assistant.
  • Co-ordinate regular brainstorm and planning sessions to integrate influencer activations into the overarching marketing and trading calendar
  • Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Experience in Marketing, preferably for large lifestyle, beauty or fashion brands
  • Experience of successfully building campaigns with content creators
  • Demonstrate good knowledge across multiple platforms appropriate for Influencer Marketing with particular attention on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience of line managing a team member (preferred) and/or agency/vendor management
  • Ability to identify new trends and opportunities at the forefront of influencer marketing across all demographics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively to all levels of the business
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • High attention to detail
