The Digital Partner Communications Manager is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand.Key responsibilities include:-Drive innovative digital partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.-Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesize learnings into insights to drive optimization of digital and CRM internally and externally with partners.-Work with Worldwide (WW) Partner Communications teams to identify and develop partner digital strategies, CX consumer journeys, cross digital channels.-Focus on driving growth via partner digital touchpoint, CRM and CX.-International travel may be required 2-3 times per year.
