Job Description:

Investigo is partnering with an established business that is transforming its IT landscape, aiming to implement new technology and improve IT services across its global operations. A new role for a Digital Operations Manager has been created within their new organizational structure, focusing on EUC Management, primarily across the Microsoft Technology Stack.

This role requires an experienced people leader (small to medium teams) with experience in digital operations management / EUC Management, covering areas such as end-user devices, remote management, meeting room technologies, and policies. It's important that you've developed your experience from technical roles to leadership and possess hands-on experience with technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, application packaging, monitoring tools, and Entra AD. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet maturing business environment is essential, along with the capability to manage operational delivery of digital products and technology, as well as digital projects.

The ideal candidate will combine leadership and technical skills with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to making a difference in a business on a maturity journey.

Hybrid working with 2-3 days onsite/remote.
