Investigo is partnering with an established business that is transforming its IT landscape, on a journey to implement new technology and deliver better IT services across its global operations. As part of their new organizational structure and operating model, a new role for a Digital Operations Manager has been created, focusing on EUC Management, primarily across the Microsoft Technology Stack.

The role requires an experienced people leader (small to medium teams) with experience in digital operations management / EUC Management, covering areas such as end-user devices, remote management, meeting room technologies, and policies. It's important that you have built your experience from technical roles to leadership positions and possess hands-on experience with technologies like Intune, Autopilot, application packaging, monitoring tools, and Entra AD. The ability to work in a fast-paced but maturing business environment will help you succeed in this role, as you will need to manage the operational delivery of digital products and technologies, as well as lead digital projects.

The ideal candidate will combine leadership and technological expertise with a positive attitude and the ability to make a meaningful impact during this maturity journey.

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with 2-3 days onsite and remote work options.
