We’re looking for a Digital Operations Manager to lead our service desk, application support, and integration teams, ensuring our technology environment is secure, efficient, and aligned to our business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading IT Operations – oversee service desk, applications, and digital platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Delivering Digital Projects – manage end-to-end technical projects, using frameworks like COBIT and tools like Jira ITSM.
  • Driving Business Value – work with key stakeholders to optimise systems, improve service delivery, and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Vendor & Contract Management – ensure we get the best outcomes from our technology partnerships.
  • Business Continuity & Security – champion governance, risk management, and disaster recovery planning to protect and strengthen our digital landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • You are a do-er looking to make your mark, with proven experience in IT Operations & Project Delivery.
  • You’ve led digital teams, managed complex systems, and driven meaningful change.
  • Technical expertise – a strong grasp of COBIT, ITIL, and Jira ITSM, plus experience in enterprise applications and cloud-based systems.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – a credible leader, team builder, mentor, and strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver – you bring a structured, solutions-focused approach to tackle challenges to get positive outcomes.
  • Sector experience – experience in disability services, healthcare, or NFPs is an advantage, but not essential.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL or PMP certification.
  • Desirable: Advanced certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Microsoft technologies.
