Job description
Overview

Calling all Digi Ops/Delivery/Distribution managers with experience in music - either label side or from independent distributors. A progressive indie label with offices in the UK, France and the US need a dedicated and detail focused Digital Content Manager to join the team on a 12-month interim basis starting late September.

Responsibilities
  • Manage internal scheduling and set-up of all tracks, videos, digital products whilst upholding a high standard of accuracy and within agreed timescales
  • Coordinate metadata, release assets and product requirements. Provide support and proactive recommendations to these teams on operational DSP best practices.
  • Manage deliveries to DSPs using Label Camp platform and some platform direct tools and be responsible for resolving any issues/troubleshooting
  • Check proactively for specific asset issues including duplicate, missing and incorrect data
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams on video set-up and rights management
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence Team providing input and feedback on internal tools and workflow improvements
  • Maintain a strong operational knowledge of DSP platforms and capabilities and communicate ongoing changes and developments to the Digital Partnership Team.

  • Experience in content management systems across all platforms incl. iTunes Connect, Spotify, YouTube etc
