Digital Operations Coordinator // Ninja Tune (London) [EXPIRED]

Ninja Tune is seeking a full-time Digital Operations Coordinator to work across release deliveries and digital catalogue management. The position is based in their Kensington office, working five days a week. Application deadline: Tuesday, 4th February.

Ninja Tune seeks a candidate with prior experience in Digital Operations or Digital Supply Chain roles within a label, distributor, or similar organization. Knowledge of audio delivery platforms such as FUGA, CMS systems, Bandcamp, YouTube CMS, and Facebook Rights Manager is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing large metadata sets.

This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their experience in the music industry, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to collaborate within a team environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with scheduling, setup, and delivery of releases across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting internal teams with operational DSP best practices.
  • Collaborating with distributor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Managing UGC rights, resolving conflicts, and maximizing digital catalog exploitation.
  • Updating metadata and performing digital housekeeping to ensure catalog consistency and quality.
  • Auditing digital platform representations for accuracy.
  • Generating ad-hoc data reports and performing trend analysis.
  • Updating artist pages with current content.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as needed.

This full-time position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations.

Candidate profile:
  • Passion for music with relevant industry experience, especially in digital operations or distribution.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of metadata and digital rights.
  • Familiarity with major DSPs is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective time management.
  • Resourceful, quick learner, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, and OSX applications.
