About The Role

We seek a highly organized, customer-centric Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our Implementation team. The role involves managing onboarding projects for schools transitioning to our MIS, focusing on overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring successful adoption of Arbor.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Manage onboarding projects with schools moving to a Key Group MIS.
  2. Oversee data migration processes, ensuring timely completion by schools.
  3. Create and maintain onboarding resources such as the Training Hub and Help Centre.
  4. Lead internal and external meetings to align on priorities and disseminate information.
  5. Handle questions and queries related to onboarding, meeting SLA and quality targets.
  6. Manage risks, changes, and escalations as needed.
  7. Serve as a point of contact, providing excellent customer service and confidently discussing the transition to Arbor.
  8. Plan risk mitigation and provide solutions.
  9. Collaborate with the Digital Onboarding Team Lead to ensure project success and positive customer outcomes.
  10. Support project administration and utilize software to cleanse data and generate reports.
Requirements
About You
  • Experience in project management, customer support, admin, or software roles is desirable.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to interpret data to understand school needs and develop insights.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver effective outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac OS, with high-level Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
