Job description

We are recruiting for a Digital Merchandising Trainee to join Hermès GB on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:
  • Support the daily operation of the website, including site checks and bug correction follow-up.
  • Coordinate content updates and email campaign preparations.
  • Collaborate with CRC and Retail Merchandising for product inquiries.
  • E-Merchandising:
    • Optimize visual merchandising based on performance analysis, coordinating with Retail Merchandising for product activations.
    • Monitor stock levels of bestsellers and work with Retail Planning for optimization.
    • Assist in implementing omnichannel services in collaboration with Retail/E-Ops and RM teams.
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed.

    Key competencies:

    • Efficient, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities calmly.
    • Quick learner with attention to detail and a solid understanding of the luxury retail industry.
    • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, concise and pedagogical.
    • Experience with IT systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
