Job description

Digital Merchandiser (6 month FTC), London

Reporting to the Digital Trading Manager, the Digital Merchandiser will optimize online products and ensure all sales opportunities are maximized. The role also involves managing the ecommerce photo shoots by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate information across all pages on the Stella McCartney website.
  • Optimize online product listings and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Merchandise the site by sales line, country, stories, newsletter, bestsellers, and trends.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports accordingly.
  • Support buying analysis and manage order insertion during selling campaigns.
  • Oversee all phases of ecommerce photo shoots, including budgeting, sample management, styling, and image review.
  • Coordinate with teams such as Creative, Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Finance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics and BI tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
Systems and Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is desirable.
