Job description

Calling all immediately available Media Planner/Buyers with strong end to end Campaign Management experience! Fab new temporary role to start straight away for up to 3 months approx. Your passion and expertise in the digital media landscape will play a pivotal part in driving successful campaigns for an enviable roster of high profile recording artists. Day to day you will be driving success by:

  • Plan the digital advertising campaigns across the artists for one or more of our labels. Be proactive in understanding the needs of the label and artists and delivering digital media plans and strategies that address these.
  • Manage the campaigns, ensuring attention to detail with setup, maintain, optimizing and reporting on campaigns across multiple platforms; Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc.
  • Understand various data points from various sources from streaming data to 1st party audience data to deliver and implement digital media strategies that help our artists reach their audiences and provide long term learnings
  • Work with media partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc.) to understand new advertising opportunities and apply to our artist campaigns where relevant.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • 1-5 years of online advertising experience ideally within Music or wider entertainment
  • Thorough understanding of 1st and 3rd party data
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising process from brief through to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Strong data analysis abilities, ability to identify trends and action against them.
  • Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Have knowledge of one or more key advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat)
