Job description

We have a vacancy for an experienced Digital Manager to join our Global Client Team and help us create and manage a best-in-class approach to digital and data for our international clients.

Working with the Digital team, you will take ownership of the digital and data ‘product’ of the agency for the clients' markets in Europe.

You will work closely with immediate team members and other internal groups globally, regionally, and locally to ensure that digital/data is considered through all stages of the Mx Process and is properly represented to clients.

In addition, you will address day-to-day issues and questions, assist with troubleshooting technical issues, communicate ideas for improving existing processes, and help train teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily contact with client stakeholders, building trusting relationships with marketing, media, and digital teams.
  • Manage and collaborate with global and local teams of specialists to create aligned communication solutions and share best practices.
  • Develop innovative digital strategies considering the consumer decision-making process and offline channels.
  • Develop implementation approaches for these strategies with channel specialists.
  • Stay updated on digital developments and inform clients of new solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key media partners to access the best services and resources.
  • Oversee local execution of digital strategies, implementation, and reporting.
  • Lead digital training initiatives for staff and contribute to client and staff development on digital topics.

Key Experience & Skills

Required:

  • Proven success in building effective digital solutions within an agency environment.
  • Ability to consider digital and data across the entire customer journey.
  • Experience with GMP stack.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.

Desired:

  • Experience managing international clients.
  • Understanding of ad tech platforms.
