Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Paid Media Manager to join AllSaints on a 3-month contract (Outside IR35, October-December), providing vital support during peak trading and maternity cover. You will lead on our PPC and display channels, ensuring efficient management, optimisation, and reporting of significant budgets to deliver strong commercial results. Alongside this, you will also support on paid social activity, working closely with our agency and internal teams to maintain best-in-class campaign execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and optimisation of global PPC and display campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI during peak trading
  • Manage day-to-day activity and performance with our media agency, from briefing and guiding strategy to monitoring and evaluating delivery against business objectives
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance across PPC, display, and paid social using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360, native platform tools, and agency insights, delivering actionable recommendations
  • Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, collaborating with the team, agencies, and creative partners
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key platform partners (e.g. Google, DSPs), staying ahead of new features, formats, and betas
  • Partner with design and creative teams to deliver compelling ad assets and continually improving performance
  • Managing the product feeds and ensuring correct product information, reflecting trading calendar and pricing
  • This role requires hands-on channel management, strong analytical capabilities, and proven ability to collaborate with agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth during a critical trading period.
  • Experience managing PPC and display campaigns (agency or fast-paced brand experience preferred)
  • Understanding of PPC campaign types (Brand, Generics, Shopping, PMax, etc) and how to optimise them accordingly
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-million pound budgets across Google, Microsoft, and display/DSP platforms
  • Ability to manage product feeds and optimise to drive commercial performance in line with business objectives
  • Understanding of total search, in partnership with SEO, and optimising paid investment allocations to drive incremental revenue
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, SA360 (or similar), display DSPs, and Excel
  • Experience in agency management, including briefing, guiding, and reviewing work to deliver against objectives
  • Exposure to paid social campaigns and ability to support execution and optimisation across platforms
  • Solid understanding of multi-funnel performance marketing strategies and how PPC, display, and social interplay to drive growth
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders during a fast-paced trading period
