About The Role

We are currently looking for a Digital Media Designer to join our Marketing Department. This is a pivotal role in delivering high-impact visual content that supports our strategic vision of providing an award-winning digital experience. You’ll be working across multiple channels and platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life through compelling digital design.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create best-in-class digital assets that elevate brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions.
  2. Collaborate closely with the Social Media and Digital Acquisition teams to align on campaign calendars, provide creative input, and contribute to strategic planning.
  3. Design visually impactful static and motion-based content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  4. Produce short-form video content using both animation and live-action techniques to support digital campaigns.
  5. Support company events by creating video content such as conference presentations, contract/trade showreels, and other event-related creative assets.
  6. Play an active and influential role within the design team - sharing insights, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to a culture of creativity and excellence.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong conceptual and storytelling skills – able to translate ideas into engaging visuals via sketches, storyboards, mock-ups, or animations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment; retail or e-commerce experience is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Figma is highly desirable, particularly for collaborative design.
