Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Midwife to provide clinical leadership for the Maternity Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. The post holder links maternity teams with the digital programme, supporting design, implementation, optimisation and adoption of the EPR to reflect clinical workflows, safety and reporting needs.

They will work with clinical, operational and digital colleagues to translate maternity requirements into digital solutions, supporting process redesign,

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical informatics and digital health initiatives.
• Strong collaborative skills with clinical and digital teams.
• Understanding of clinical safety and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and adoption of the maternity EPR within digital programme.
• Translate maternity requirements into effective digital solutions and workflow improvements.
• Support testing, training and engagement of users across teams.
• Contribute to clinical safety assurance and post go-live optimisation.
