Job summary
As an Associate in the Digital Markets, Digital Product team, you will have the opportunity to lead multiple client engagements simultaneously and act as the primary point of contact for new Neovest clients during the implementation process.
Job responsibilities
- Interface directly with client stakeholders across the front, middle, and back office.
- Review project requirements and trade workflows to ensure appropriate client-oriented solutions.
- Ensure setup of various system components (such as Funds, Brokers, GL Accounts) based on unique client requirements.
- Support onboarding activities related to data migration, interface configuration and testing, P&L and accounting troubleshooting, custom reporting, etc., working with both clients and Neovest employees.
- Liaise with stakeholders to review project progress, milestones, and task-level status.
- Track updates and compile status reports for internal and external reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement during implementation.
- Work with asset management firms across various asset classes, leveraging your financial product and operational knowledge.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in the finance or asset management industry.
- Experience in building or supporting financial systems like trading and portfolio management.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Strong client-facing communication and analytical skills.
- Product knowledge across various asset classes.
- Subject matter expertise in Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, and/or Accounting.
- Solid business analysis and project management skills in a technical environment.
- Team player with the ability to support other areas of the business.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in building EMS, OMS, PMS, and/or Accounting systems.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Additional programming experience is a plus.
