Our team operates from the Evelyn Partners head office, fostering collaboration among 1,600 colleagues in a modern environment.

We prioritise audit quality through regular training sessions and social events to encourage best practice sharing and teamwork. Additionally, our office is divided into smaller pastoral care teams to foster relationships and ensure a supportive culture, emphasising wellbeing.

What will you be doing?

We are in search of a skilled professional to become part of our London Marketing team, tasked with spearheading the digital marketing initiatives for Evelyn Partners' financial services and overseeing the public-facing websites for both Evelyn Partners financial services and Bestinvest.

This presents an exciting opportunity to become part of an expanding team, tasked with developing and advancing our digital marketing strategies. In collaboration with audience marketing managers and content teams, the role involves delivering top-tier content and digital marketing solutions to ensure our brand stands out and surpasses the competition.

As a Digital Marketing & Website Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include among others

• Team Leadership - Leading, motivating, and empowering a team of four, comprising experts in performance media, social media, website, and email implementation, to achieve excellence in our endeavors across these domains.
• Digital marketing campaigns - Partner with audience marketing managers to ensure our campaigns have best in class execution across digital channels
• Partner with our content teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive relevant organic traffic and improve our online presence with our audiences and in line with our business objectives
• Oversee the work of a performance media manager, ensuring that we continue to drive value for money and optimise performance with our activities across performance media channels
• Oversee the work of a social media manager, ensuring we use the channel to drive financial services brand engagement and customer acquisition alongside the corporate objectives of the channels
• Work with the content and user experience teams to ensure that our Evelyn Partners websites deliver experiences that brilliantly represent our brand and include journeys that drive to conversion
• Partner with the client and audience marketing managers to develop our email marketing strategy, and manage our email technology to execute it in a GDPR compliant way that drives results

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Team leadership skills including the ability to manage experienced subject matter experts in social media and performance media
• Digital marketing and SEO expert
• Knowledge of Umbraco & Dotdigital are an advantage
• Budget management and a track record of improving effectiveness of marketing spend

• Senior stakeholder management skills – Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Relationship-building skills - collaboration with internal teams

Professional Qualifications and Education

• Relevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable although not essential
• University qualification desirable although not essential
• Evidence of staying up to date with technology developments on an ongoing basis
