Tamfol is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing, Web & Operations Manager to oversee online presence and digital systems across luxury leisure, construction and wellness sectors.

You will own websites, marketing content and team coordination, driving growth and ensuring strong performance across platforms.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing and web management.
• Strong website, social media and digital marketing experience.
• Graphic design and video editing skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing software.
• Experience with booking/CRM systems such as Amelia or other.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and update websites (design and develop) and WordPress.
• Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X).
• Create graphics, videos, Reels, Shorts, website content and marketing materials daily.
• Manage SEO (technical/on-page/off-page), Google Search Console, GA and Google Business Profile.
• Manage Google Ads/PPC and digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan content calendars and social media strategies.
• Manage Mailchimp, email campaigns and customer databases.
• Oversee booking/CRM systems like Amelia.
• Handle website plugins, forms, integrations, hosting and basic issues.
• Monitor inquiries, bookings, rankings and conversions.
• Allocate tasks and coordinate marketing, content and admin team members.
• Support business development and generate new growth ideas.

Digital Marketing, Web & Operation Manager

Position: Digital Marketing, Web & Operation Manager

Salary: £28,000 a year

Job Types: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing, Web & Operations Manager to manage the online presence and digital systems of our growing businesses within the luxury leisure, construction and wellness sectors.

The ideal candidate will be creative, technically skilled, commercially minded and able to take ownership of websites, marketing, content, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update websites (design and develop) and wordpress
• Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X
• Create graphics, videos, Reels, Shorts, website content and marketing materials on daily basis
• Manage SEO (technical/onpag/offpage), Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile
• Manage Google Ads/PPC and digital marketing campaigns
• Plan content calendars and social media strategies
• Manage Mailchimp, email campaigns and customer databases
• Manage Amelia or similar booking/CRM systems
• Manage website plugins, forms, integrations, hosting and basic technical issues
• Monitor online enquiries, bookings, rankings and conversions
• Allocate tasks and coordinate marketing, content and administration team members
• Support business development and generate new ideas to improve online presence and growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong Website, social media and digital marketing experience
• Graphic design and video editing skills
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing software
• Experience with booking/CRM systems such as Amelia or other
• Ability to manage multiple brands and coordinate team members
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other design tools
• HTML/CSS knowledge beneficial
• Experience in construction, luxury, hospitality, leisure or wellness beneficial
• UK driving licence beneficial
