A leading council in Buckinghamshire seeks a qualified Digital Marketing Tutor/Assessor to deliver apprenticeship programs and ensure high-quality learning outcomes. The position involves planning engaging sessions and coordinating with apprentices and employers across the county. Ideal candidates should possess sound marketing knowledge and teaching qualifications.
Location: Buckinghamshire County Wide
We are looking to recruit an experienced, qualified Tutor/Assessor to prepare and deliver the Multi-Channel Marketeer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard across Buckinghamshire. You will be joining a dynamic and pro-active Tutor/Assessor Team delivering high quality Apprenticeship Standards.
It is essential that you are able to plan and deliver high quality engaging sessions for all abilities of learners, while maintaining good records of student progress and have a sound working knowledge within the marketing sector.
You will work as part of a team delivering group workshops incorporating a blended learning approach to our apprentices on a part-time basis.
You must be able to effectively communicate, liaise and work with colleagues to plan, coordinate and deliver quality outcomes. Able to travel across the county is essential to visit learners from time to time in their place of work and provide learner progress reviews with their employers.
Salary: £21.15 - £32.93 per hour depending on Teaching/Assessor qualifications
Buckinghamshire Adult Learning is part of the Learning, Skills and Prevention Service, whose mission is:
to provide inclusive learning opportunities that promote well-being and inspire people living or working in Buckinghamshire to achieve their potential.
We are the main provider of part-time learning opportunities for adults in the county. The Service offers an advertised programme of taught courses and workshops from Entry Level. We offer qualifications in areas such as English, mathematics and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), a range of Apprenticeships and the City and Guilds Award in Education and Training for those who wish to embark on teaching/ training adults. We offer a wide range of non-accredited courses in creative studies, foreign languages, computing and health and fitness.
Approximately 5,000 learners each year access our programmes in around 140 locations across the county including dedicated Adult Learning Centres, school premises, community centres and employer premises. Programmes are available daytime, evening and weekends for most of the year. There are courses for parents and carers with their children arranged by the Family Learning team. We work with employers, both large and small, delivering apprenticeships up to Level 5.
