Job summary

Belvoir Castle is seeking a paid graduate to join its marketing team and contribute to a modern digital operation. From day one you’ll work across commercial channels with real responsibility, gaining hands-on experience in content, campaigns, and analytics.

We are looking for curious, driven graduates with a passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and technology. A driving licence is required to operate across the estate and support a pathway into a permanent role in marketing and tech.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Passion for digital marketing with creativity in content and storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• A full driving licence — the Estate is rural and getting around it matters.
• Hands-on attitude — this is a high-energy, high-output role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and evaluate content across social media channels — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Build and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic, awareness, and direct sales.
• Manage and grow the Belvoir Castle email database and create campaigns that convert.
• Support the development of a marketing strategy that drives measurable revenue across all business units.
• Identify opportunities for new products, improved pricing, and sales initiatives.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Manager, and Sales and Revenue teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep Belvoir ahead of the curve.
